Role Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst – Operations to join our team in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role.
The ideal candidate will analyze and optimize business processes, gather and document business requirements, and facilitate communication between different teams. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The position demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analytics in operations department
- Hands‑on experience in Manufacturing / Production environments
- Prior experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector will be a strong advantage
- Exposure to production planning, operational reporting, or manufacturing MIS is preferred
- Experience in costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial performance analysis
- Willing to travel as required for business needs
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree in Business Management
- Graduation in Finance or a related field (preferred)
- Strong basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance
