Urgent Hiring | Business Analyst – Life Insurance Systems + Life Asia
Location: Thane & Lower Parel (Mumbai)
Experience: 4+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days (Mandatory)
We are actively seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with strong experience in the Life Insurance domain and hands-on expertise in Life Asia (mandatory) along with Policy Administration Systems (PAS). If you’re passionate about driving digital transformation and working on impactful insurance projects, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
- Work across the end-to-end policy lifecycle (Quote to Claims)
- Handle Life Asia system enhancements and support
- Drive API integrations and collaborate with technical teams
- Enhance customer and agent portals
- Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
- Support UAT, testing, and production issue resolution
Key Skills Required
- Life Insurance domain expertise (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in Life Asia (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of PAS and claims workflows
- API experience (REST/SOAP, Postman)
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
Good To Have
- Experience in digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of AML/Compliance
- Exposure to CRM / Customer Portals
- Basic SQL knowledge
