Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Retail Banking)
Designation: Senior Consultant (8–10 years)
Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Notice Period: Jan/Feb Joiners Preferred / Immediate Joiners Accepted
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Mobile and Web Banking journeys (WPB Digital).
- In-depth understanding of customer journeys, mobile journeys, and digital transformation initiatives in retail banking (mandatory).
- Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience in delivering digital banking products.
- Experience working in complex and large‑scale deployment environments.
Business Analysis & Agile Delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and framing user stories.
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation projects within retail banking.
- Solid working knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Mandatory exposure to WPB Digital (Retail Banking – Mobile/Web) ecosystems.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and standard Business Analysis tools.
Required Experience
- Prior HSBC experience is preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, stakeholder management, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong background in the Retail Banking domain with exposure to multi‑market project delivery.
