Experience: 4-8 years
Key Skill Requirements:
- Strong ability to understand business objectives, operational workflows, and problem statements through stakeholder discussions and existing documentation.
- Experience in Oil & Gas domain is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Flow Diagrams (UFDs).
- Demonstrated ability to review business requirement documents and derive comprehensive test cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into end‑to‑end user flows, process diagrams, and journey maps.
- Good understanding of Agentic AI business and technical requirements, and ability to reflect them accurately in documentation and flows.
- Experience in developing detailed architecture and flow diagrams/slides aligned with inputs from solution architects.
- Capability to clearly illustrate interactions across users, systems, data, and automation components.
- Strong presentation skills to convert requirements, flows, and technical concepts into concise, presentation‑ready slides suitable for stakeholder, design, and technical reviews.
