Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role primarily focused on the Credit Cards domain within the Banking sector. Based in Gurugram, this role entails gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping business processes, and creating documentation to support projects. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and are successfully implemented to meet customer and organizational needs. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Expertise in Business Analysis and gathering business requirements
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in developing and optimizing Business Processes
- Understanding of Business Requirements and how they translate to technical solutions
- Familiarity with the Credit Cards domain in the banking industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry
