Hiring for a leading Stock Broking Company
Job location- Noida
Role - BA/Senior Manager -Bespoke Applications (Middleware, APIs & Web Portals)
Experience - 8-10 years
Qualification- MBA/ BBA/ BCOM/ B.E./B.Tech/MCA
Own product management of internally developed applications including Middleware, APIs, Customer Portals, Admin Portals and Digital Platforms.
The candidate will define API strategy, design customer-facing and internal portals, and ensure scalability and API governance across the organization's digital infrastructure.
Job responsibilities:
• Own roadmap of Middleware platform
• Define API strategy and ensure API governance
• Design customer-facing and internal portals
• Requirement gathering from business teams
• Create BRD, PRD and User Stories
• Prioritize product backlog
• Ensure scalability and performance of middleware applications
• Work with multiple external vendors Manage UAT and production rollout
Key attributes
• The candidate must have exposure to Capital Markets / Broking domain with strong understanding of
middleware architecture and API ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Authentication & Authorization mechanisms and API Gateway
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully on large, cross-functional projects
• Problem solving skills evidenced by demonstrated results in past positions
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Teamwork-focused/collaborative work style
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Mandatory skills
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Middleware architecture
- Experience with Authentication & Authorization and API Gateway
- Knowledge of Web Applications and Agile methodology
- SQL knowledge
