Looking for an exciting opportunity in the banking domain? We are hiring Business Analysts with strong experience in Temenos and Payments for a leading global banking client.
Role: Business Analyst
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 4–12 Years
Key Requirements:
✅ Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Payments domain
✅ Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24)
👉 Preferred: Experience in Arrangement Architecture (AA)
👉 Secondary: Exposure to Payments domain
💳 Domain Expertise Required:
✔️ CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
✔️ Payment systems – SWIFT, ISO 20022, NEFT, RTGS, SFMS
✔️ Payment formats – MT messages, PAIN formats
✔️ Understanding of clearing systems (CHAPS etc.) is a plus
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Requirement gathering & stakeholder management
🔹 Prepare BRD / FSD / User Stories
🔹 Work closely with Product Owners & development teams
🔹 Define acceptance criteria & support Agile delivery
🔹 Participate in SIT / UAT & production support
🔹 Ensure quality delivery and minimize defects
