We're Hiring -Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Engineering Graduates)
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with external stakeholders.
- Strong interest in FinTech, Banking, and Digital Lending.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and business workflows.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and functional documentation.
- Exposure to Postman or Swagger.
- Ability to collaborate with lenders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of databases and data analysis.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
