Business Analyst – Autonomous Vehicles (AV)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4 – 8 Years
Education: MBA (Mandatory: IIM or Tier-1 B-School) / Engineering + MBA
We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Business Analyst to support initiatives in the Autonomous Vehicles (AV) domain. The role involves working at the intersection of business, technology, and mobility innovation to drive insights, strategy, and execution for AV-related programs. Candidates with strong business acumen and academic background from premier institutes such as IIMs are Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Data Science, Operations) to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Translate complex AV technology concepts (ADAS, sensor fusion, AI/ML models) into business requirements and use cases.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for AV solutions.
· Develop business cases, ROI models, and go-to-market strategies for AV initiatives.
· Analyze vehicle data, performance metrics, and user behavior to derive insights.
· Support product lifecycle activities including roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
· Work with vendors, OEMs, and partners to evaluate AV solutions.
· Facilitate UAT and ensure successful deployment of AV-related platforms.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within AV programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· MBA (Mandatory: IIM / Tier-1 institutes) with strong analytical skills.
· 3–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Automotive, or Mobility domain.
· Understanding of Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS systems, or mobility ecosystem.
· Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; SQL/Python is a plus.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
· Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Experience in Automotive, Mobility Tech, IoT, or AI platforms.
· Exposure to AV technologies such as LiDAR, RADAR, Camera systems.
· Knowledge of regulatory and safety frameworks in AV domain.
· Consulting or digital transformation experience.
