About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst – AI to work closely with founders, AI architects, engineers, and clients to translate business needs into clear product requirements for AI solutions (GenAI, Computer Vision, ML, analytics, automation). You will help drive discovery, documentation, and alignment so delivery teams can execute with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement discovery through client calls, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
- Convert discussions into BRDs/PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear scope boundaries
- Create process flows, wireframe-level outlines, and data/feature requirement documents
- Define success metrics (accuracy targets, latency, cost, usability, operational KPIs) for AI use cases
- Coordinate with AI/engineering teams to clarify feasibility, tradeoffs, and delivery phases
- Support project planning: milestones, priorities, risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Maintain structured documentation and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing proposals, SOWs, and client-facing presentations (as needed)
What You’ll Work On
- AI agents / GenAI apps, OCR/document processing, computer vision systems, dashboards, and automation workflows
- Client discovery and solution mapping for different industries and problem statements
- Iterative milestone-based delivery and scope management
Required Skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills (written + verbal)
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear requirements and next steps
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile concepts
- Comfortable with tools like Google Docs/Sheets, Notion/Jira/ClickUp (any one is fine)
- Logical thinking and attention to detail
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Understanding of AI/ML/GenAI basics (datasets, model outputs, evaluation metrics, limitations)
- Experience writing user stories, test cases, or acceptance criteria
- Exposure to APIs, dashboards, or workflow automation tools
- Internship/project experience in product, consulting, analytics, or tech delivery
