🚀 We're Hiring: Business Analyst + Senior Pega Test Engineer (Insurance Domain)
PegaOne is looking for a Business Analyst + Senior Pega Test Engineer to join our delivery team, working on large-scale Pega implementations for Tier-1 insurance clients.
📍 Location: Remote

About the Role
You'll sit at the intersection of business analysis and quality engineering — translating insurance business requirements into clear specifications while owning the test strategy and execution for Pega-based applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the "why" behind the requirement and the "how" of validating it in a complex Pega environment.
What You'll Do
🔹 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from insurance stakeholders (policy, claims, underwriting, or related domains)
🔹 Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
🔹 Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases for Pega applications
🔹 Perform rule-level and case-level testing across Pega workflows (case management, decisioning, UI rules)
🔹 Identify defects, track them through resolution, and validate fixes
🔹 Collaborate closely with Pega developers, architects, and business SMEs
🔹 Support UAT planning and execution with business users
🔹 Contribute to test documentation, traceability matrices, and quality reporting
What We're Looking For
✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst AND Test Engineer on Pega platform projects
✅ Hands-on testing experience with Pega applications (case types, rules, workflows, UI)
✅ Prior experience working with Insurance clients — policy administration, claims, underwriting, or related lines of business
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methods
✅ Ability to write clear, structured test cases and requirement documentation
✅ Experience with defect management and test management tools
✅ Strong stakeholder communication skills — comfortable working directly with business and technical teams
✅ Pega certification (CSA/CSSA or equivalent) is a plus
