Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Analyst + QA Executive. The individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes, and conducting quality assurance activities, manage client requirements and ensure software quality delivery. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and developers while handling testing and documentation tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of defining and documenting Business Requirements and understanding Business Processes
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey critical information
- Prior experience in QA processes, testing methodologies, and report creation
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus
- BCA, MCA, B.Tech, MBA (IT) or any relevant graduate degree.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Skills Required:
Good communication and analytical skills.
Understanding of SDLC and software testing concepts.
Knowledge of bug reporting and documentation tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
