Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Inside Sales Executive / Business Acquisition Officer. The role involves connecting with patients and families who have shown interest in HCAH’s rehabilitation and caregiver services, understanding their care requirements, and guiding them toward the right solution.
The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, explaining rehabilitation and homecare services, following up with patients and caregivers, coordinating visits or consultations, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to admission/service closure.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, counseling, or customer support
- Ability to handle patient and family conversations with empathy and confidence
- Good follow-up and lead management skills
- Comfortable working with targets and sales KPIs
- Basic understanding of healthcare, rehabilitation, or caregiving services is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams
- Graduation preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of telesales/inside sales/BD experience preferred
- Freshers are also welcome
