Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Accountant located in Lucknow. The Business Accountant will handle financial record-keeping, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure tax compliance, and provide support with budget planning and management reports. The role includes collaborating with teams to ensure precision in audits, accounts reconciliation, and regulatory filings. Additionally, the Business Accountant will assist in advising clients on financial strategies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting, including maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements
- Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, MCA compliance, and statutory filings
- Audit, accounts reconciliation, and budget planning expertise
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Adept at using accounting software and tools, such as Tally or QuickBooks
- Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks and compliance guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CA or CPA) is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with international taxation and corporate structuring is a plus
