Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cost reports.
- Knowledge of taxation, GST, and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing and construction sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ayodhya and manage responsibilities independently.
