Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Private Equity (PE) Business Development - Strategy Consultant, based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves conducting market research, formulating business strategies, and identifying investment opportunities to support the growth of our financial platforms in global markets. You will provide strategic consulting, assist in financial modeling, and lead business planning activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive development strategies. Regular engagement with stakeholders to propose innovative solutions and strategic improvements will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Strategy, Business Planning, and strategic decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, consulting frameworks, and data interpretation
- Experience in Management Consulting or Consulting, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with fintech or investment sectors is a plus
