# Hiring: Business Development Executive – Hospitality Industry
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives for our wellness resort & hotel business. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
## Key Responsibilities
* Handle hotel/resort booking inquiries via calls
* Convert leads into confirmed bookings
* Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records
* Explain packages, offers, and services
* Build strong customer relationships
## Skills Required
Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Hospitality Sales, Lead Generation, CRM, Customer Handling, Upselling, Communication & Negotiation Skills
## Eligibility
* 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Basic computer & CRM knowledge preferred
