Role Description
As a Business Development Associate at BrightCHAMPS, you will be at the frontline of our growth strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, establishing partnerships, exploring new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and driving conversions. You will actively engage with various stakeholders to promote our services and expand the company’s reach. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, manage leads, and close deals
- Analytical and research capabilities to understand market trends and optimize sales strategies
- Presentation and demonstration skills to effectively portray the company’s offerings
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
- Prior business development or sales experience preferred
