Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Sales Manager, based in Ganganagar. The Business Sales Manager will oversee the growth of life insurance sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing distribution channels, mentoring sales teams, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities also include formulating and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, generating new leads, and ensuring superior customer service. The role will involve collaboration with branch networks and partner banks to expand reach and maximize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and achieving target-driven results
- Skills in Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Performance Management for driving sales teams
- Exceptional Customer Relationship Management and networking abilities, with a client-first mindset
- Experience with Data Analysis and creating actionable insights to refine sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the insurance sector, particularly in life insurance products, is highly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
