</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking a qualified and caring <strong>Registered Dental Hygienist</strong> to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will screen patients, perform dental cleanings, and assist the dentists with exams and procedures. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has at least two years of experience. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable</li>
<li>Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have</li>
<li>Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures</li>
<li>Take vital signs and accurately record medical histories</li>
<li>Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories</li>
<li>Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection</li>
<li>Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments</li>
<li>Teach good oral hygiene techniques </li>
<li>Create dental impressions</li>
<li>Take x-rays</li>
<li>Assist dentist during procedures and exams</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Current Dental Hygienist licensure</li>
<li>At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines</li>
<li>Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
</ul>
