We have the following position:

Yardman

The Yard Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and yard area.

SALARY RANGE: $19.75/hour - $22.90/hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Division yard cleaning and organization activities.
  • Barrel and Bin Cleaning
  • Repairs (barrels only and assist welder with bins as needed)
  • Container inventory & organization
  • Janitorial cleaning (vacuuming, restroom cleaning, empty trash containers, etc)
  • Parking lot and entryway cleaning
  • Landscape cleaning (weeding, shrubs, trees, and grass areas)
  • SWPPP Maintenance & Litter Control (on-site BMPs) – Daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a safety-sensitive environment.

PHYSICAL:

  • Ability to make sound judgment.
  • Ability to stand continuously during assigned shift and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat and kneel.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
