Bachelor's degree in civil or water resources engineering; 10-15 years experience in water resources; proficiency in hydraulic modeling tools (InfoWorks ICM, SewerGEMS, InfoSWMM, WaterGEMS, StormCAD, Civil Storm) and hydrologic tools (SWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS); Esri ArcGIS; data analytics with Power BI or Palantir Foundry; English communication.
