Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management or related degree from accredited program and 7 years applicable experience Required.
Minimum 7 years related experience, including resident engineering and/or field experience on airport projects.
Minimum 5 or more years managing complex airport and airline projects, with a focus on airfield infrastructure, aircraft hangars, ramp services, aircraft fueling, and / or terminal improvements.
Resident engineering and/or field experience on airport projects is preferred.
Proximity to Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) is preferred for timely on-site support.
Manage a wide variety of industry, government and public contacts on project-related matters.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, problem solving and project finance skills.
Solid understanding of FAA criteria and design standards required.
Professional Engineering Registration in Michigan in hand or in process.
