Job Responsibilities: Complete a comprehensive onboarding and training program Make proactive outbound sales calls to recruit financial advisors Respond to and qualify inbound leads Meet daily call activity expectations and monthly performance goals Gain proficiency in sales enablement platforms and CRM systems Participate in ongoing training and development Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in all client interactions Required Skills and Qualifications: Entry-level sales role previous sales experience not required Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative Excellent communication and phone presence Strong questioning skills to qualify and close opportunities Driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Some travel may be required
