Sales & Guest Experience Specialist
At Burke Mountain Resort, our Sales & Guest Experience Specialist is all about connecting with people and helping them plan amazing experiences. This role focuses on talking with guests, answering questions, recommending the right options, and helping grow resort business in a natural, guest‑friendly way.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Talking With Guests & Selling Experiences
*Chat with guests and group organizers to help them plan their stay or event
*Recommend lodging, activities, event spaces, and upgrades that make sense for their needs
*Answer questions quickly and professionally by phone, email, and CRM systems
*Put together easy‑to‑understand, customized quotes and proposals
*Look for simple, thoughtful ways to add value to each guest’s experience
Growing Business the Friendly Way:
*Follow up on leads and inquiries from referrals, outreach, trade shows, and partner connections
*Build relationships that turn first‑time guests into repeat visitors
*Work with planners and agencies to bring new groups and events to the resort
*Host site tours and show guests what makes Burke Mountain special
Supporting Groups & Events:
*Be the go‑to contact for group guests from booking through departure
*Coordinate with resort teams to make sure groups arrive smoothly
*Check in with guests after their visit to gather feedback and stay connected
Staying Organized & Team‑Focused:
*Keep notes and guest details updated in STS and CRM platforms
*Stay aware of sales goals and help push toward strong results
*Join team meetings to talk through upcoming business and ideas
*Follow resort processes and pitch in wherever help is needed
