$30.00 per hour if you have a current teaching license

$15.00 per hour for others

Candidate must have an NC teaching license.

The candidate will only work up to 19 hours.

Bachelor's Degree

 

Special Knowledge/Skills

Knowledge of curriculum, design, and implementation

Knowledge of state curriculum and assessments

Ability to interpret data and evaluate instruction programs

 

Major Responsibilities and Duties

Works with individual students and student groups to provide effective interventions to improve student performance.

Support classroom instruction through modeling and mentoring.

Review student data with classroom teachers and assist in determining appropriate tiered intervention.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Burke County Professional Learning Program is designed to promote professional growth for educators. The courses and workshops are standard in content and may be taken by any teacher, administrator, secretary or other personnel, many are designed particularly for certificated and non-certificated employees in designated positions.
