Duties
You will utilize automated systems (e.g., management information system, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to extract information.,You will coordinate the Defense Travel System (DTS) to assist in processing authorizations and vouchers.,You will verify, maintain and reconcile accounts and accounting data.,You will examine invoices, vouchers, and related documents.,You will support budget analysis such as maintaining ledgers, budget formulation, compiling, consolidating, checking and arranging funding data.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience establishing, maintaining, correcting and closing pay accounts. Experience preparing reports and maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval. Experience working with Defense Travel System (DTS) and processing authorizations vouchers. Experience reviewing forms and instructions ensuring they are approved and controlled.
