• Coordinating closely with Production, Printing press and shipping departments for delivery of products in respective locations.
• Responsible for booking and all logistical work for shipment
• Ensuring that the magazines are sent in a timely and efficient manner
• All other bulk copies are also delivered as and when required. Coordinating closely with the HOD for courier /Hand Delivery of official dockets to clients and then to submit the delivery reports/status through email.
• Coordinate inventory – returns
• Assist in shipping and pan Asian liaison with local production managers and printers
• Bulk delivery
• Local retail delivery and visibility with distributors
• Site visits for on sale status

• Work with EiCs/Director of Print Ops on print order optimization and growth
• Print order costs and reporting
• Communication to printer of print orders and time frames/delivery
• Event copies and marketing requirements fulfilled
• Ensuring the correct assets are received to the correct local vendor across SEA

• Assist in coordinating and managing TH database and Pan-Asian data for select products.

• Label and delivery
• Assist in managing outgoing issues to ensure correct process and database is up to date (only overseeing the work of the front desk executive)
  
  

• Coordination and Communication
• Collaborate with the editorial team to align production schedules and ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
• Work with the marketing and sales team to manage ad placements and ensure advertisement creative specifications are met.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, distribution or ad operations
• Knowledge of Pagination/flat plan, colour correction and familiarity with color management systems.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Thai and English is required.
• Experience publishing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation,
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, FB business manager
• Database management experience
