Job Summary

OPENING DETAILS: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day Works Hours: TBD Salary Range: 56 BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, take responsibility for a variety of advanced-level secretarial and administrative assistance duties; organize and coordinate office workflow and communications in support of complex District programs; train and provide work direction to clerical personnel as assigned. This position requires independent judgment and responsibility; knowledge of state and federal programs; and, coordination between multiple departments.

Burbank Unified School District governs various elementary, middle and high schools that include Walt Disney Elementary, Providencia Elementary, John Muir Middle School, Monterey High School and Magnolia Park School.
