<strong>Position Overview</strong> </div><div>The Warehouse Clerk plays a critical role in supporting Bunker Hill Mining’s operations by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials, tools, and supplies required for mining and production activities. This full-time, nonexempt position supports multiple departments through order fulfillment, receiving, inventory control, and distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. </div><div> </div><div>
<strong>Duties & Responsibilities </strong> </div><ul>
<li>Pick, receive, stage, and deliver materials and supplies to multiple departments across the site. </li>
<li>Accurately receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments, verifying quantities and material condition. </li>
<li>Conduct routine and cycle count inventories; research and resolve discrepancies. </li>
<li>Enter and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and issuing records in the company's ERP system. </li>
<li>Coordinate loading and unloading activities while following all safety procedures. </li>
<li>Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with site policies and training. </li>
<li>Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas to support efficient material flow. </li>
<li>Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve workflows and warehouse efficiency. </li>
<li>Comply with all Bunker Hill Mining safety standards, MSHA requirements, and company policies. </li>

<strong>Experience Requirements </strong> </div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an industrial or mining environment. </li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and material handling. </li>
<li>Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more. </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. </li>
<li>Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use ERP or inventory management systems. </li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team. </li>
<li>Forklift certification or demonstrated proficiency preferred. </li>
<li>Knowledge of MSHA or OSHA safety requirements is a plus. </li>

<strong>Physical Requirements </strong> </div><ul>
<li>Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds. </li>
<li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift. </li>
<li>Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. </li>
<li>Ability to work in an industrial mining environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. </li>
<li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods. </li>
<li>Ability to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed. </li>
