Come showcase your production chops as you work in close concert with our global game services, international, and creative teams to ensure multi-IP content ships simultaneously across the world.
Your role is interdisciplinary and collaborative in the extreme. You will oversee and manage the localization versioning process of products to ensure they are adapted and tailored to specific target market and regions. You have a high level of familiarity with how related and dependent teams function and leverage that knowledge to help drive improvements across all disciplines. You work to support the larger team's ability to put unforgettable content in front of our players, all while doggedly fine-tuning your content pipeline with an eye to scalability and future growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and prioritize all internal and external localization and versioning asset requests (both static and video)
Create viable localization and versioning production plans and hold teams accountable for creating and delivering them
Collaborate with internal and external production to inform scoping and scheduling, work prioritization, risk assessment, etc.
Manage external vendors, internal resource, day-to-day process and rituals for localization and versioning pipelines
Gather and prepare all necessary specs required for asset delivery
Monitor quality assurance process to ensure accuracy and consistency
Ensure content moves unblocked through internal and vendor pipelines and that global sim-ship goals are met on time
Be a reliable liaison between Studio, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to support schedule maintenance including risk management, identifying gaps, misalignments, and budget overages
Ensure that team and leadership are aligned on the quality bar for a given release or project
Assess area risks and escalate as needed to discipline leads with proposed solution
Able to work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. Gather feedback from stakeholders, analyze project performance, and implement lessons to enhance future localization projects.
Support the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager with other tasks, as needed.
