We specialize in curated jewelry, elevated gifts, and lifestyle pieces for clients who value quality, craftsmanship, and person service. We are not a traditional retail store - we are <strong>sales-driven, relationship-focused boutique.<br></strong><br>This <strong>IS NOT a cashier position.</strong> Our team actively engages customers, guides their experience, and drives sales through product knowledge, styling, and services.<br><br><strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong>

<li>Deliver a pesonalized, high-touch shopping experience</li>
<li>Engage every customer with confidence and professionalism</li>
<li>Build repeat business through client relationship and follow-up</li>
<li>Guide clients in styling, gift, and product selection</li>
<li>Drive sales and meet or exceed individual goals</li>
<li>Suggest add-on items and increase units per transaction</li>
<li>Maintain strong product knowledge and visual presentation</li>
</ul><div><strong><u>What We Are Looking For</u></strong></div><ul>
<li>Proven sales ability (retail, jewelry, and apparel preferred)</li>
<li>Confident, engaging, and comfortable initiating conversation</li>
<li>Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Interest in fashion, jewelry, and styling</li>
<li>Availability on weekends, holidays, and during high-traffic periods</li>
</ul><div><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></div><ul>
<li>Base pay: $16/hour</li>
<li>Commission: 3%-6% on personal sales from $1,000 and above</li>
<li>Performance bonuses available</li>
