Full-Time | Glendale, AZ

Company: Bumble Bee Home Services 

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 + performance upside

At Bumble Bee Plumbing, we’re expanding into HVAC in a big way. We’re not looking for someone to simply “manage” a department.

We’re looking for a sales-driven HVAC leader who can build a high-performance team, dominate the market, and take this division to the next level.

• Coach technicians to sell ethically and confidently
• Build systems that drive consistent revenue

What You’ll Own

 Build & Lead the HVAC Division

• Recruit, train, and develop a top-tier service and install team
• Set the tone for performance, culture, and accountability
• Create a winning environment where techs grow and produce 

Sales Leadership (Non-Negotiable)

• Demonstrate strong in-home sales ability
• Train and coach technicians to confidently present options
• Implement financing options and maximize ticket averages
• Lead by example — not from behind a desk 

We need someone with a proven track record of selling, not just technical knowledge.

Operational Excellence

• Configure trucks for maximum efficiency
• Build and maintain a competitive price book
• Manage inventory and job costing
• Utilize Service Titan 
• Run a tight, profitable operation in-field or remotely 

Customer Experience

• Set the standard for integrity and professionalism 
• Ensure every call results in 5-star service
• Create systems that drive referrals and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years HVAC experience (service & install required)
• Prior management experience building teams 
• Strong in-home sales background (this is critical) 
• Demonstrated revenue growth success
• Sales experience 

Certifications

• EPA Certified
• HVAC contractor license a plus (not required)
   

Skillset

• Service Titan experience preferred
• Deep understanding of inventory, pricing, and operations
• Confident in presenting and closing system replacements
• Experienced with financing solutions
• Sales experience
   

Character

• Competitive but coachable
