Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bulk Hiring Recruiter role based in Coimbatore. The Bulk Hiring Recruiter will manage high-volume hiring for various roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting final selection. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating and posting job advertisements, and leveraging multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives. The recruiter will conduct initial assessments, schedule and follow up on interviews, maintain candidate databases, and provide a consistent, positive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking hiring metrics, preparing regular reports, and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes to meet business growth needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment, preferably in marketing, analytics, or contact center environments.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing using job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Comfort with data-driven hiring decisions, including tracking recruitment metrics and using applicant tracking systems or HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple roles and tight hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and fair hiring practices, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and readiness to work on-site in Coimbatore as part of a fast-paced, client-focused team.
- Language of Malayalam and Tamil is mandatory
