Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Lawyers located in the Bulandshahr and Meerut regions, with some remote work flexibility. The role entails providing expert legal consultation via the Verdicto platform, offering guidance on transactional matters, drafting and reviewing key legal documents, and assisting users with compliance and dispute resolutions. Lawyers will also support users in challenging traffic challans, delivering reliable and professional solutions, and maintaining high standards of legal expertise and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Indian legal systems, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in reviewing and drafting legal documentation such as contracts, agreements, and notices
- In-depth knowledge of traffic-related legal processes and dispute-resolution mechanisms
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear consultations in both Hindi and English
- Ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and adherence to ethical practices
- Proficiency in using technology-driven platforms for consultations and documentation review
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with enrollment in the Bar Council of India (mandatory)
- Previous experience working in legal advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory
