Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Trainee located in New Delhi, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying business opportunities. Regular tasks include communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in developing strategies for growth. The selected candidate will actively contribute to building networks, identifying partnerships, and expanding organizational outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience or ability in lead generation and market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships and respond to inquiries professionally
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with a proactive and adaptable approach
• Knowledge of or experience in non-profit, youth engagement, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
