Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Officer will focus on identifying new business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, building and maintaining strong customer relations, providing finance-related insights, and promoting Medcity's range of services. Additionally, the role requires active collaboration with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs
- Basic understanding of Finance to interpret financial data and support business decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Customer Service experience to deliver excellent support and ensure client satisfaction
- Proven ability to meet sales or business development targets and achieve measurable outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
