Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. The role requires regular market analysis and keeping abreast of industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategies, client acquisition, and business development
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate insights for strategic planning
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred, but not mandatory
