Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market reach. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to align efforts, and creating pitches tailored to potential clients' needs. This role involves regular performance tracking and reporting of overall growth metrics to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Key Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM Tools, Data Analysis, and Reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams to execute projects and achieve business objectives
- Prior experience or interest in Ayurveda, wellness, or consumer health is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
