Currently, We are working with New Money Matrix, who wants to bring on new talent to scale their sales team.
Compensation:
Base Salary: ₹30,000–40,000/month (Based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of base pay
With the volume of leads in this role, incentives are tied to real earning potential.

- What you will do
- Every lead who walks in has already heard the pitch and raised their hand. Your job starts there.
- Move fast on warm leads — speed is your biggest advantage on this floor.
- High volume, high energy. This is a calling floor and the best performers treat it that way.
- Run discovery, handle objections, close ₹50K enrolments.
- Follow up until you get a clear answer. No lead goes cold on your watch.
- Own your CRM. Your numbers tell the story of your business.
- Join the floor on Saturdays and Sundays — that is when your customers are free and your close rate peaks.
- Who this is for
- 1–2 years in high-ticket B2C sales — EdTech, coaching, or consulting.
- Closed ₹30K+ products and understand what moves a buyer at that price point.
- Hindi fluent, English professional. You switch mid-call without losing the thread.
- CRM discipline and daily dials are habits, not tasks.
- You live the philosophy of growth — selling Think & Grow Rich is not a job to you, it is a natural conversation.
- Your worst weeks are still solid. Your best weeks are the ones people remember.
