The centre provides modern classrooms, doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, study materials, library access, and counseling to support student success in a welcoming environment.

Role Description

Lead Generation: Conduct seminars and school visits to generate leads.

Counselling: Guide students and parents to help them achieve academic success.

Student Enrolment: Convert leads into admissions.

Relationship Management: Meet school principals, coordinators, and management teams to build strong partnerships.

Liaising with Local Teachers: Collaborate with local tuition teachers to drive business growth.

Compliance: Adhere to all internal processes and policies.

Database Management: Create and maintain a database of schools and other lead sources.

Target Achievement: Work consistently to meet set business targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).

0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling (freshers welcome).

Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Marathi/Hindi preferred).

Key Skills

Lead generation, relationship building, and sales closing.

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic market research.
