Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies to drive business growth, creating detailed proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business practices and processes
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in effective Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a business development role or a similar function
