Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team on-site at our Chennai office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing key accounts, and building strong client relationships. You will also collaborate with internal teams to design strategic proposals and solutions that align with client requirements and company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
  • Understanding of Business strategies and market trends to drive revenue and performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a results-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the IT/software industry and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
