Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in Kolkata. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and define functional requirements. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and designing workflows, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, and supporting decision-making through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and processes effectively
- Expertise in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies
- Understanding of industry-specific standards and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
