Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in New Delhi. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and defining process improvements. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational optimization, preparing detailed documentation, and aligning business processes with company objectives. The role will require excellent communication and analytical abilities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude for problem-solving
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and identifying business opportunities
- Expertise in defining, analyzing, and documenting Business Processes
- Ability to gather, document, and articulate Business Requirements effectively
- Outstanding Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience with relevant tools and methodologies is a plus
- Proactive attitude and a results-oriented approach
