About the role

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Handle inbound customer calls and address their queries. Understand and fulfil customer needs for satisfaction. Build trust through clear and interactive communication. Provide accurate information using proper tools. Resolve complaints promptly and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up to ensure issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and accounts. Adhere to communication guidelines and policies. Requirements: Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability, and strong decision-making skills. Languages: English and Hindi mandatory; Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi preferred. Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Work schedule: Flexible for a day shift (9 hours between 8 AM - 10 PM), and comfortable working 6 days a week, with a weekday off.
