Eleven years ago, we founded Padup with a vision to anchor and accelerate the startup ecosystem. Today, as we look ahead to the next quarter-century, our focus is shifting toward institutional longevity and true ownership succession.
We aren’t looking for an employee, a director, or a manager. We are looking for our successors—seasoned professional(s) ready to step into an established, high-impact incubator/accelerator business and own its future.
This is an entrepreneurial transition, not a corporate vacancy.
What the Next Phase Looks Like:
- True Ownership: You will be taking over the reins to run, scale, and pivot Padup for the next 15–25 years, which includes driving the vision and raising an accelerator fund.
- Skin in the Game: This role is for someone who doesn't look for a salary slip, but for equity and enterprise value. It requires an initial capital commitment for business sustenance and alignment of risk, followed by driving exponential growth.
- A Guided Transition: We aren’t walking away tomorrow. We are committing the next 2–3 years to actively transfer our institutional knowledge, open doors to our entire network, and champion your fundraising efforts.
