Role description:
Arcadis is looking for Building Safety Consultants in India who are eager to advance their careers within a global leader in architecture, design, and engineering consultancy. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the built‑environment sector.
You will support projects spanning multiple industries, including healthcare, residential, education, data centres, industrial, commercial, retail, office, leisure, and custodial facilities.
This position has been created following the award of several major new projects and recent changes to Building Regulations and the Building Control regime. The role will focus on delivering Building Regulations Advisory Services and fulfilling the responsibilities of the Building Regulations Principal Designer.
Arcadis has a well‑established framework for supporting clients with Building Safety Act requirements. We are now expanding our team and seeking additional expertise in Building Control.
This role is ideally suited for candidates with experience in Civil/Structural engineering, particularly those who have worked on construction design stages, safety‑led design (PtD), reviewing drawings, and advising on safety through design. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to broaden their career into consulting and advisory services while applying their technical knowledge on a wider scale.
