Its flagship engagement is an Offshore Development Centre supporting a carbon-neutral data-centre operator in Norway, covering electrical and mechanical design, HVAC, compliance, procurement, and secure IT infrastructure. Operating from Gurugram and founded in 2024, RedNTeal focuses on AI infrastructure, data-centre delivery, MEP engineering, and IT and network security, with a delivery-first mindset. The team works with clients from early planning through scaling, helping them move from strategy to fully operational facilities.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Building Management Systems Engineer. The engineer will design, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for data-centre and critical infrastructure facilities, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving BMS-related issues, and coordinating with MEP and facility teams to support reliable, energy-efficient operations. The role involves creating and updating system documentation, setpoints, alarms, and control strategies, as well as supporting commissioning activities for new facilities and upgrades. The engineer will collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to align building services and facility operations with safety, compliance, and sustainability requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Management, Building Management Systems, and Management Systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Building Services and Facility Management (FM).
- Experience with data-centre or mission-critical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and relevant safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and control logic, and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
