Job Title: Building Management System (BMS) Engineer
*Experience:* 2+ Years
*Location:* Hyderabad
## Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive *BMS Engineer* with *2+ years of experience* in Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in *project estimation, quotations, technical submittals, system design, project execution, commissioning, and client coordination*. The candidate will play a key role in securing projects and delivering high-quality BMS solutions.
## Key Responsibilities
* Identify and support new *BMS project opportunities*.
* Prepare *BOQs, Quotations, Cost Estimates, Technical Proposals, and Tender Submissions*.
* Prepare *Technical Submittals, Compliance Statements, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)*.
* Design and review BMS solutions based on client requirements.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
* Install, configure, test, commission, and troubleshoot BMS systems.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems.
* Monitor HVAC, lighting, electrical, fire alarm, access control, and other integrated building systems.
* Diagnose and resolve system faults, controller issues, and communication problems.
* Prepare project documentation, reports, and as-built documentation.
* Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
## Required Skills
* Minimum *2+ years of experience* in Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Strong knowledge of *HVAC Controls, DDC Controllers, PLC Basics, Sensors, Actuators, and BMS Architecture*.
* Experience in *Estimation, BOQ Preparation, Quotations, Technical Submittals, Tendering, and Project Execution*.
* Good understanding of communication protocols such as *BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and LonWorks*.
* Hands-on experience with one or more BMS platforms:
* Siemens
* Schneider Electric
* Johnson Controls (JCI)
* Honeywell
* Sauter
* Delta Controls
* Automated Logic (ALC)
* Proficiency in *AutoCAD* and reading electrical/control schematics.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
## Qualification
* B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, ECE, or a related discipline.
